Providing this data is essential for delivering our products and\/or services.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">As for the purposes in point 2, we will send you information only after you have given your consent by clicking in the appropriate box below the form. You can withdraw or oppose this consent at any time, using the methods indicated at the end of this notice.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">No third party has access to your data unless required by law or as strictly necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations, without which we would not be able to provide the requested products and\/or services.<\/p>\n<h2>4. This right does not apply where processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations, carry out a task in the public interest, or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>\u2022 Right to restriction of processing<\/b> \u2013 Article 18 GDPR: the right to restrict processing when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p4\">a) the accuracy of the data is contested;<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose deletion and request restricted use instead;<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">c) although the controller no longer needs the data, it is required for legal claims;<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">d) you objected to processing and are awaiting verification of overriding legitimate grounds by the controller;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>\u2022 Right to data portability<\/b> \u2013 Article 20 GDPR: the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is based on consent and carried out by automated means.
