For over thirty years, Siami has been one of the leading players in the bottled mineral water industry.
In 1991, in the green heart of Italy—Umbria—S.I.A.MI S.p.A. (Società Italiana Acque Minerali) was founded.
Our company consists of three bottling and packaging plants for mineral waters, all 100% Umbrian.
The original site is located in the valley of Cerreto di Spoleto (PG), surrounded by the Sibillini Mountains and adjacent to the natural park of the same name.
In 1995, SIAMI was acquired by the Notari family, who introduced major technological innovations to the Cerreto di Spoleto bottling line. These improvements paved the way for the launch of the Viva brand, alongside the original Misia water.
In 2002, the company increased its share capital and transitioned from an S.r.l. (limited liability company) to an S.p.A. (joint-stock company). This shift enabled significant investments and the achievement of key milestones, including the construction of the Gubbio production site and the launch of the Lieve and Rugiada brands.

In 2022, the brands Motette, Santa Chiara, and Altea became part of our family. They are bottled at the Scheggia e Pascelupo facility, in the heart of Monte Cucco Park.
