TERRITORY

A hidden gem
of Umbria

The town of Scheggia e Pascelupo lies in the heart of the Apennines, nestled in a beautiful valley and overlooked by the mountain that gives its name to our water, Motette.
The water bottled by S.i.a.mi. in the Molino delle Ogne area benefits fully from a territory rich in unique geological, natural, and climatic features.
Monte Cucco Park is especially known for its abundance of underground aquifers, mineral springs, and a multitude of caves — some still unexplored — as well as for its many historical, cultural, and artistic treasures.
It is the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and truly experience its spirit.

CUCCO
PARK

Known as the Belly of the Apennines, Monte Cucco Park is located in the northeastern area of Umbria. Its name comes from the park’s highest peak, which reaches 1,566 meters.
The park is well known for its karst caves, rocky cliffs, and deep gorges, from which springs and streams originate. Water is a defining element of this region, with a wide presence of underground aquifers and mineral springs, each with its own unique characteristics.
Thanks to its mountainous environment, the park is home to wolves, golden eagles, falcons, fallow deer, and many other species typical of the Umbrian wildlife.
Monte Cucco Park also offers a wide range of activities, including gliding, caving, cross-country skiing, and trekking.

UMBRIA

Unspoiled green heart

Umbria, known as the green heart of Italy, is a region blessed with an extraordinarily rich water heritage.
Its landscape, shaped over time by geological and environmental processes, features deep natural gorges, vast aquifers, crystal-clear rivers, and valuable underground basins.
This abundance of water, preserved in a largely unspoiled environment, supports not only the region’s biodiversity but also productive activities that rely on water as a vital resource.
It is precisely from this generous land that Motette Water is born — pure, safe, and naturally protected.
