Read the label

In order to choose the natural mineral water that best suits our needs, we must understand the information printed on the labels.

  • The name of the natural mineral water, its denomination and classification based on the amount of dry residue. The label must bear the words “natural mineral water” to distinguish it from other types of drinking water and must bear the name of the water itself.
  • The place where the water was bottled.
  • A “Best by…” date within which the water maintains its inherent properties, and a lot number.
  • Chemical and chemical-physical analysis; characteristic elements.
  • Micro-biological analysis.
  • Company quality certifications.
  • Content.
  • Bar code.
  • Environmental information.
  • Indications on how to best preserve the product.
